Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the basis for stays at Lyngarth. Please read them before booking. If your booking is completed through our external booking partner, their booking, payment and cancellation terms may also apply.
Booking and payment
- Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once accepted through the booking process.
- Payment requirements, deposit terms and balance due dates are handled through the external booking platform.
- Please check all booking details carefully before confirming your stay.
Arrival and departure
- Arrival is from 16:00 onwards.
- Departure is before 10:00.
- Full arrival details and directions are shared after booking.
Guests and occupancy
- Lyngarth sleeps up to 6 guests.
- The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded without prior agreement.
- The person making the booking is responsible for the behaviour of all guests in the party.
Dogs
- Up to 1 well-behaved dog is welcome.
- Guests are responsible for keeping dogs under control and for clearing up after them.
- Dogs should not be left unattended in the property unless agreed in advance.
Care of the property
- Please leave the bungalow clean, tidy and in the condition in which you found it.
- Any damage, breakages or issues should be reported as soon as possible.
- Guests may be responsible for the cost of damage caused during their stay.
Safety and access
- Guests use the beach, deck and surrounding outdoor areas at their own risk.
- Please take care near the shoreline, especially with children, dogs and during changing weather or tides.
- Reasonable access may be required for urgent maintenance or safety reasons.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, refund and amendment terms are handled through the booking platform used to reserve your stay. Please refer to the terms shown during booking or contact us if you have any questions.
